Heritage Payroll Services takes the worry and the work out of preparing your payroll by providing state-of-the-art technology combined with personal and customized services. It’s fast, easy and accurate, down to the last penny of each check.
Basic
payroll processing includes gathering of payroll information by fax, mail
or delivery, accurately processing that information, and packaging and
delivering paychecks and reports.

Standard reports offered in
each payroll include a Cover Letter,
Payroll Register with year-to-date
earnings, deductions and taxes (details the gross to net breakdown for
each employee), Payroll Tax Report,
Check Reconciliation, and the next
week’s Payroll Worksheets. At the
end of each quarter and at the end of the year you will receive completed
federal and state payroll tax returns only needing your signature (unless
you enlist Heritage to take care of your taxes.)

In addition to the standard
reports offered with each payroll, we have over 50 different optional
reports. Depending on your business, you may benefit from a General Ledger Report, A Worker's Compensation Report, 401K Report or a FICA Tip Credit Report to better control your bottom line. Besides the optional reports, Heritage Payroll Services can customize reports just for you

· Tax Deposits and Tax Returns
Heritage Payroll Services offers
to take care of your tax filing and tax payment. This service includes
the preparation and submission of federal and state payroll tax returns
and the deposit of related payroll tax funds with the appropriate tax
authority in all 50 states. Heritage holds all of client’s tax funds
in a separate tax escrow account and is EFTPS compliant. One of the benefits
of being a tax client is that Heritage is completely responsible for the
timeliness and accuracy of tax deposits and tax return filings for your
company.

your company desires to electronically transfer your employee’s paycheck
into their bank account(s) we can do that for you! Employees will still
receive a pay stub detailing their
current earnings and deductions.

· Laser Check Signing/Stuffing
Laser-encoded
signatures printed directly onto paychecks during payroll processing eliminates
the need to sign payroll checks. Add envelope stuffing and sealing, and
pre-signed paychecks can be delivered directly to multiple locations ready
to distribute.

you are more of a hands-on person, Heritage Payroll Services offers the
option of entering your own payroll information on your own computer.
Cutting edge payroll software will be made available to you, along with
training provided by our computer expert, to send us your payroll information
via modem for processing.
